Returned goods

TIP: You can resolve returns and complaints via the user interface in the Account section. Just log in and request a claim or return for the selected order.

Are you not satisfied with the purchased goods? No problem, you can return undamaged goods to us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund your money. Send the goods back to us in the intact original packaging and pack them carefully and enclose the completed Contract Withdrawal form in the package, you can find a sample of it.

We will send the money for the goods to your bank account as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract, but not before the returned goods are delivered back to our address. In this case, the costs of returning the goods are covered by the buyer.

We strive to produce quality products for you. If it still happens that something is wrong with the purchased product, we will ensure that the situation is resolved quickly.

Send the request for a complaint, including filling out the complaint protocol, to info@batohiro.cz. To speed up the claim, please attach a photo of the claimed goods and a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice). Our claims department will then inform you about the next procedure.
