At Batohiro, we believe in the quality of our products and their longevity. That's why we proudly offer a lifetime warranty on our backpacks and fanny packs. Our lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing defects that might occur during normal use of the product.

The lifetime warranty applies to the categories of backpacks and fanny packs.  

What our lifetime warranty includes:

• Material defects (fabrics, zippers, straps, etc.).

• Defects in components such as buckles, buckles and other accessories.

• Structural defects that affect the functionality of the backpack or waist bag.

If you discover any such defect, we will repair or replace your product with a new one, depending on the severity of the problem.

 

What our warranty does not cover:
