How can I order goods?

Select the product and size, add to the shopping cart, located in the first upper corner, and then click the Checkout button. Then enter the delivery details and pay. You will then receive a confirmation email.

How do I register for the e-shop?

We strongly recommend that you create an account before your purchase. Click on Account at the top right and sign up. In the interface after logging in, it is possible to manage orders, track their shipment status, pay and much more. It is also possible to request a claim or refund in the account.

Can I reserve goods at the store?

Yes! Put the product in the basket, complete the order, choose "personal collection at the store" and the payment that suits you. If you decide to pay on the spot, you can conveniently pay by card or cash. Delivery to the store is free, just remember to pick it up.

How do I know that the order has been placed correctly?

After successful confirmation of the order, you will receive an automatically generated email as order confirmation to your email address. If you have not received such an email, please check your spam folder.

How quickly do you send the ordered goods to the store?

An order received by 12:00 will be ready on the same working day. Orders placed after 12:00 will be ready the following working day. Pick up your personal subscription when you receive an SMS or e-mail.

How do I redeem a discount code?

Enter the unique code in the "Discount code" field in the basket + Apply.

Can I get a discount on my first purchase? And how?

We offer a 10% discount on your first online order to any website visitor who has not yet purchased from us. The discount can be obtained by filling in the e-mail address in the pop-up window or footer of the e-shop. Subsequently, you need to click on the confirmation link in the sent e-mail - then the discount is already yours.

I failed to complete my online card payment, what should I do?

We have accepted the order anyway, please do not place another one. The necessary information for repeating the payment will be sent to the e-mail address specified in the order. Please follow these instructions. If you did not receive this e-mail from us or you want to choose another payment option, please contact our customer line +420775578521 or e-mail info@batohiro.cz. Have your order number ready.

Can you pay by card in a brick-and-mortar store?

Yes! You can pay by card or cash at the store.

The payment gateway did not open when completing the order.

The order will still be entered into our system and will be kept as unpaid. Within 30 minutes, you will receive an email from us, in which you will again find a link to the payment gateway, or bank transfer data.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer payment by card via the Shopify Payments payment gateway, payment at the store upon personal collection or by bank transfer.

How to choose the right size?

We have placed a size chart for each product. Just click on the "SIZE CHART" link, where the piece is measured.

Is the product in stock?

All products that are on our e-shop and can be ordered are in stock.

How do Pre-Orders work?

Goods that we do not have in stock can be pre-ordered. Make an order, pay for it in the classic way, and then you will receive information about the delivery and production time of the product.
